An uncommon story for a common housewife has created history and shown hope to many where a 9 months pregnant lady appeared in Jharkhand Public Service Commission interview and proudly achieved 26th rank.
Priyanka, who hails from Hazaribagh, has skyrocketed in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission prestigious exam. On this occasion, they have got double happiness together. Priyanka was nine months pregnant at the time of examination. When doctors do not advise to travel, she showed her passion and enthusiasm and took a 350 km journey from Jamui to Ranchi and joined the JPSC interview. The risk taken is worth.
She appeared in the interview on 25 February. A week later, on March 2, she gave birth to a son. Also, a month and a half later, on 22 April, JPSC was successful in the 26th rank. She is the daughter-in-law of late Sita Sharan Singh and Malti Lata Singh, living in Shiv Dayal Nagar. The mother-in-law has received special inspiration to study.
Priyanka’s husband is also the BDO of Bihar Sono. Priyanka Priyadarshi did her degree in Zoology from Sant Columba College and postgraduate in Vinoba Bhave University. Priyanka’s fraternal home is in Wazirganj in Gaya district. A total of 143 examines have qualified in the sixth state administrative service examination. Out of which the number of successful unreserved candidates are 86.
