Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the rally held at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday. The central government has decided to give ownership of their houses and plots to people in 1731 unauthorized colonies. For this, the Prime Minister will be thanked by presenting a signed copy of 11 lakh people in the rally.
Appeal to people
BJP leaders have been working for the last several days to make the rally a success. People were being appealed to reach the rally by organizing street meetings, padayatras and other programs in different places, especially in unauthorized colonies. On Saturday too, the leaders were busy preparing for the whole day. National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh, State President Manoj Tiwari, Rajya Sabha Member Vijay Goel, Organization General Secretary Siddharthan and other leaders reviewed the preparations.
Ramlila ground filled with cutouts
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other BJP leaders cutouts have been placed in the entire Ramlila ground. The surrounding area is also decorated with cutouts bearing the Modi image and BJP flags. An 80-foot-wide grand platform has been prepared for the rally, which has a seating arrangement of thirty leaders. Two LED screens are being installed on the stage. Along with this, preparations are being made to install eight LED screens in the pandal and four outside the Ramlila ground so that people can easily hear the speech of the Prime Minister and other leaders.
Many big leaders will be present
On the dais with the Prime Minister, National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh, Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister and Election Incharge of Delhi Prakash Javadekar, co-incharge Hardeep Singh Puri and Nityanand Rai, in-charge of Delhi BJP Shyam Jaju and Sahprabhari Tarun Chugh, all of Delhi Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha member Vijay Goel, National Vice President Ministers RP Singh and Mahesh Giri, Pawan Sharma, in charge of Mizoram Illi leader in opposition Vijender Gupta and other senior leaders will be present, including former state president Satish Upadhyay. State President Manoj Tiwari will play the role of stage operations. Along with all the fronts of the BJP, the Mandal presidents of the BJP have been given the responsibility of bringing people from their constituencies to the rally. About 35 hundred buses have been arranged for this. Tight security arrangements have also been made.
Special importance of rally
Convenor of the rally venue, Vijay Goel said that this rally taking place before the assembly elections has special significance. The BJP will benefit from this, as the issue of giving ownership in unauthorized colonies is going to be the main electoral issue. The rally will present a glimpse of unauthorized colonies through tableaux. With this, people from different states living in Delhi will arrive in their traditional costumes with a drum drum.
